  First off: Keep in mind that this is a BUSY store because it's the only one in the immediate area. That being said, The entire staff is competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned and honest about saving you money and caring for your package. The one negative review on here is definitely an exception to the norm. The photocopies are only 8 cents each, the boxes and supplies are very low priced and high quality. I have been using this store for 7 years and have never had an issue or problem. Again, as far as the business goes...it's Murphy's Law. When you walk by, it's empty, but when you need to send a package, boom, so does everyone else. That's just life. One last thing: I went there once and they told me straight up it would be easier to send that specific package using the Unites States Postal Service. That honesty alone will keep me coming back and continually keep me satisfied of what this UPS Store has to offer. :) ~Glen
