  First of all. All the employees behind the glass should wear a name badge so the customers know their name and know they work there. There isn't a business I know that allow employees to wear jeans and sweat shirts to work and worst of all, no identification badge. I tried to get my problem that I have every 2 months and this Spanish tells me " I don't care what your hear for, bring all your paystubs for the the past 2 years because we have no record of you". I told him the ALJ have it and he denied me service and refused to get his supervisor. Worst customer service.
