  I cannot emphasize enough how TERRIBLE our experience with this company has been!!!! Like the other reviews, if you can actually get a hold of them, they string you along, try to up sell everything, then forget about you when you say no. It took them a month, four cancelled appointments (each with a 5 hour window), and is calling constantly to find out they would or would not come on the day they designated. They finally show up, 45 minutes after the 5 hour window closed and (mind you no phone call until the window closed) and tell us they have to sit in our house for 2 hours until the system cools. He blamed us saying he told us to turn it off two hours before he showed... He MIGHT have mentioned it in passing when he was here 4 weeks ago!!!! He certainly didn't call to give us a two hour notice of arrival.
  It gets better!!!!
  Noticing our anger (made obvious at this point), he says he and his girlfriend (also the secretary, also in my basement) will get dinner and be back in 30 minutes to do the work (it now does not need to cool... Thinking he was trying to over bill hours!!!). There is nowhere here to get dinner in under an hour... But OK.
  1.5 hours go by... No word. I call and he said they were checking out as we spoke be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later (completing a 2 hour wait and making it 8:30 at night the week of Christmas with kidsd 7 & 2 years old needing to sleep, he shows up to work.
  He drains the system, replaces two of the three bleeder valves (tells me the other one is fine though he didn't look at it this time and it was bad the last time he looked at it.)
  He wrapped up his drain hose, spilling water everywhere (neither he nor his girlfriend made any attempt to clean it up!!!) Then tells me the problem may not be fixed because the expansion tank is shot... He'll need to come back!!!! NO WAY!!!!
  He was right, the problem was not fixed!!!
  
  As long as this review is, there are more problematic details, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism.
  
  Do not, under any circumstances, use this company!!!!
