  I will never go back there. Very bad customer service. Even worse communication with the insurance company. Lady at the front desk was rude. She stated to me“ We’re the ones fixing your car you’re on our schedule” how can you say that to a customer? If you have geico insurance their “partner" then the red carpet is laid out for you. If you have any other insurance company Good Luck. You are treated as a 2nd class citizen. They were “backed up" for all of July and August understandable but that's not my fault as the customer. They had my car for 4 weekends! August 3th-28th. My car is used for driving Uber/Lyft so I lost a huge amount of money for the summer. Progressive insurance which also sucks, stopped paying my rental August 21st. I had to pay out of pocket over $200. Which the Shop will not cover.
